07 August 2010 Looks like the trail version for iPad will have to wait for a while. The expiration date and 100 games limit in the trail is not acceptable by Apple.

Quote: "SuperYatzyHD trail cannot be posted because it is a beta or feature-limited version. Any reference to demo, trial, or beta needs to be removed from the binary and metadata. Free or "Lite" versions are acceptable, however the application must be a fully functional app with an expiration and cannot reference features that are not implemented or up-sell to the full version."

After speaking with a support person I was told, that I could have a time limit but the App should then feature "In App Purchase". Every user would then have to buy the game for every device, and it looks like if you uninstall the App, you loose the App and have to buy it again for that device. If you want to have a trail of the game before you buy it, try out the iPhone SuperYatzy Trail. All versions have the same features for now, so you will still be able to play the game and see if it is something you like.

Bug in the paid version:

The paid version has a bug where you can slide the score-selector off screen, if you select a score in the top that already has been scored, and the game tries to find another score above the selected that is "free". If no score is free, and you slide your finger up to move the selector up, it will move offscreen to find a free score (only if you slide your finger up the scoresheet). The score-selecter then gets locked to an invalid score that is not on the screen, and you can not get it back to the scoresheet. You can not select a different (on screen) score and have to start a new game, to get out of it. An update is on the way with a few new improvements too, buy it takes 7-9 days to get it trough review.

03 August 2010 SuperYatzy is available on iTunes. The trail version is having trouble getting accepted. No ETA yet.
